Commercial Tile restoration

A building in the Town of Babylon was being renovated, SERVPRO of Babylon/ Deer Park was called in to evaluate the tile flooring to see if it would have to be replaced at a large amount that was not in their budget or a restoration of the existing flooring. While not all tiles can be restored, we thought we would have a good chance at restoring these. We mixed a solution to pre spray the tiles with, let sit for the appropriate amount of time. Next we proceeded to apply a heavy PSI steam with the specialized tools made exclusively for tile cleaning, let dry and the results were exactly what we had strived for. With the owners permission we steamed the entire lobby and these are the results.
