Attic mold

This was a home in East Islip, NY, on September 2017, they were selling their home and the Home Inspector discovered this in their attic. The buyers had young children and did not want any kind of encapsulants used, they wanted to make sure that all the mold was completely removed and wanted to look like it was brand new. We heap vacuumed , washed with detergents, scraped with wire brushes, heap vacuumed again and used an anti-microbial. We did not need to encapsulate due to the professional job done by our entire remediation crew, and yes it  looked "Like it never even happened."
