H.V.A.C. Cleaning

This was recently inspected in a building in Copiague N.Y. There were some complaints that the system was not keeping the building cool and the owners could not figure out why. We proceeded to open up all of the vents and returns and could not believe the amount of dust that had accumulated over the years. The air flow was so restricted that hardly any air was flowing through the ductwork. The filters looked like they have not been changed in years. We proceeded to clean all of the vents and returns, changed the filters and checked to see if there was correct air flow
