This was a commercial building in Lindenhurst, New York in November. Water was accumulating on the flat roof for a while before coming through the drop ceilings and into the office. This is a computer repair business and has to be up and running at all times. We received the call in the late afternoon and responded within one half hour of the call, we extracted all the water that we could, removed damaged drywall and suspended ceiling tiles. We installed all needed equipment, air movers and dehumidifiers and sprayed an anti-microbial just in case their was any threat of mold growth. We stayed to make sure all of the equipment that we had installed t dry the office out did not overload the electrical circuit so their business could continue to run. We returned the next morning to monitor the equipment. I three days everything was dry. We set up the reconstruction for the day after drying, everything was back to normal after one week.
