Flooded crawl space
This was a flooded crawl space in Southold New York In December, two broken pipes on the first level caused water to fill it up with over two feet of water. We first had to pump out all the water with trash pumps before we could address the large number of contents that were stored in this area. Upon completion of the pump out our next step was to have the men on there knees form a human conveyor belt to extract the contents and store on the side until they needed to be addressed. we then installed all necessary equipment along with temporary heating so the drying equipment would be able to function properly. We then found an area to dry out the wet contents so they could be salvaged. This was a very challenging job to the confined spaces we were dealing with, where there is a will , there is a way.
