Bathroom fire in Islip,NY

This was an electrical fire in the second floor bathroom in Islip, New York in May of 2017, the fire proceeded to almost all areas of the home. SERVPRO was asked to remove water, all charred debris, demo the rest and dry out. It was a difficult demo due to staircases being burnt, we set up a temporary staircase so we could proceed with all the work, demo was approximately 2 days, after the demo we proceeded to clean all the open beams and sheathing, we sealed all areas that needed it,  everything worked out and the construction started within a week.
